Online Recurring Payments

Did you know you can set up online recurring payments? Use this website to set up a recurring payment to automatically pay your quarterly assessments.  This feature is not available for semi-annual and annual payments. Find out more.

Please follow these steps to register as a User, view your account and set up e-checking payments.   If you need additional assistance, please contact CMA Customer Service at 972-943-2828.   We are here to Serve YOU. 

How to register on cmamanagement.com

You must be listed as a property owner on the account in order to register. You will find your CMA account number in the top right corner of your assessment statement and coupon. If you do not have it, your association manager or CMA Customer Care can provide it to you.  You will need it in order to register as a User.

  • Go to http://www.cmamanagement.com
  • Go to the top right and click on "Homeowner Login"
  • In the middle of the page, find the "Homeowner Login" box, and click on the arrow to the left of "Register". 
  • Fill in all fields and click on Submit (fields with an asterisk* are required). You will need to input your Account Number exactly as it appears on your statement, or call CMA Customer Service to give you the Account Number.
  • You should receive an email the same day with Your User Name and temporary password. (Your User name is your email address entered when you registered)
  • You will need to go back to the site and create a new password under Edit my Profile.

How to view your account ledger

  • Go to http://www.cmamanagement.com 
  • Register (see above).
  • Use your registration username and password to login.
  • Click on "Acount Information" in the "Homeowner Toolbox" on the left.
  •  Your account ledger will be displayed.

How to pay ONE TIME by e-check

  • Go to http://www.cmamanagement.com
  • Login with your Username and Password. (If not registered, see instructions above.)
  • Click on "Pay Assessments" in the "Homeowner Toolbox" on the left.
  • Choose ONE TIME PAYMENT.
  • Click on ELECTRONIC CHECK (gray button).
  • Please enter the address associated with your bank account.
  • Select CHECKING or SAVINGS.
  • Then enter your account number and bank routing number.
  • Enter your payment amount and click ENTER.

How to set up RECURRING payments by e-check

  • Go to http://www.cmamanagement.com.
  • Login with your Username and Password. (If you are not registered, see instructions above.)
  • Click on "Pay Assessments" in the "Homeowner Toolbox" on the left.
  • Choose RECURRING PAYMENTS.
  • Please enter the address associated with your bank account.
  • Select CHECKING or SAVINGS.
  • Then enter your account number and bank routing number.
  • Enter your payment amount.
  • Choose frequency (monthly or quarterly).
  • Then choose the day of the month your prefer your payment be deducted. We recommend the first of the month to avoid late charges.
