Plano, Texas, January 15, 2019 – RTI/Community Management Associates, Inc. has been selected to provide professional association management services for Waterscape in Royse City.

Developed by Huffines Communities, Waterscape is located less than a mile from Interstate 30 at FM 548 and Crenshaw Road and will have more than 1000 homes at completion.

Amenities will include a 4,000 sq. ft. complex with large resort style pool, volleyball net, children’s play area, hike-and-bike trails, and a catch and release pond.

“We’ve designed the amenity center to enhance the lives of our residents and help facilitate friendships among neighbors,” said Colin Huffines.  “Our goal is to create a place where families can have fun!”
